Carly’s creative career began behind the lens as a professional photographer, running her own business in Sydney. She loved capturing life’s big and small moments - from newborns and weddings to corporate portraits - but her curiosity for business led her to pursue a Bachelor of Business (Management & Accounting) at QUT.

Since then, Carly has held a variety of marketing and business roles, with time taken to raise her family and enjoy the beautiful Sunshine Coast lifestyle. These days, she’s the driving force behind ACru Wealth’s marketing and operations, working alongside Angus to grow the business into something they’re both incredibly proud of.

Carly is passionate about continuously improving the ACru experience, for clients and the A-Crew alike - and nurturing a culture that reflects their values. She’s also deeply committed to the Crummunity, building meaningful connections and supporting local initiatives that make a difference.

When she’s not working, you’ll find Carly soaking up the sunshine with her family, exploring the coast, or enjoying a well-earned beverage at a beachside café.
